Relaxation Techniques

The relaxation methods that I integrate in coaching and therapy include, among others:

 

  • autogenic training
  • progressive muscle relaxation
  • guided deep relaxation
  • self-hypnosis
  • active-alert hypnosis
  • laughing yoga

 

All techniques will be openly discussed with you and integrated as desired and needed. The advantage of relaxation techniques is that they make it easier for you to discover your inner images, let them to emerge, and/or influence them. Many people who first think “this is not for me” quickly realize how helpful these techniques really are.

 

There are ample mats and blankets in my Bonn offices so that small groups can also relax lying down. For in-house/on-site sessions, I make adjustments according to the space available and practice relaxation in a seated position.
