I ask for a short registration by email the first time. Laughter Yoga is an aerobic and breath-intensive relaxation method and is very efficient and effective. Therefore, it is not equally suitable for all people. The way I design the laughing club, anyone who can walk for about 15 minutes and is "normally" healthy can participate.
