Many people nowadays are no longer able to relax and recover sufficiently from the stresses and strains of everyday life. Easy-to-learn physical techniques can be used to make efficient use of short breaks during the day. Mental techniques can also be used to create “time outs” in everyday life. Both approaches will have a holistic ef-fect on your body and mind. Together we will find out which approach is the right one for you. The most important thing is that it works for you.
All procedures are integrated and clearly explained and discussed with you. The advantage of relaxation procedures is that you find easier access to your inner beliefs, images, strengths and resources and learn to allow and/or influence them. This is a helpful preparatory step for dealing with many of the topics you bring along.
In the context of psychotherapy and coaching, these procedures can help you to better deal with your own challenges, especially when emotional self-regulation is a central concern. In the sessions you are welcome to record what I say and to use the recordings for your private exercises.
